Through gentle contact and intentional access points, the body is supported in unwinding patterns of protection and reconnecting with a deeper state of flow.
This work can create space for both physical and emotional release.
Why the nervous system matters
When the body has experienced stress, overwhelm, trauma, or prolonged pressure, it can begin to hold that experience deeply within the nervous system.
Over time, this may show up as tension, emotional holding, fatigue, disconnection, or a feeling of being stuck.
