You’re invited into an intimate group healing experience unlike anything else. Each participant receives personal headphones, guiding you through breath, music, and my voice—creating a deeply immersive journey into your inner world. While held in a small group of up to 20, you’re given the space to fully drop in, making the experience both profoundly personal and powerfully collective.
