A class is 90-120 minutes long. We meet online and start with a short Tune in, open the body and nervous system with a few breathing exercises and after a short guided imagery meditation we go
into a 30 - 40 minutes deeply healing Breathwork journey, followed my a deep relaxation.
You don't need any previous experience to join a class. Join from anywhere in the world.
