It's a highly spiritual form of Yoga that awakens the energy in oneself and strengthens the nervous system to deal with higher levels of energy.


The Kundalini energy is pure consciousness. It's our inner truth and our fullest potential. 


A kundalini Yoga 1-on-1 session will be based on your needs. You don't need any previous experiences with this type of Yoga. There is no flexibility needed. 


Each yoga session is 75 minutes.
